Volunteers contribute a great deal to the organisations they are involved with so how do you recognise these contributions in a meaningful way? Explore opportunities to recognise the contribution of volunteers in a way that is meaningful to them, from day-to-day recognition through to one-off celebrations and events.
Through this workshop, you will discover:
• Methods of recognising volunteers, including those with low or no cost
• What motivates volunteers
• How to use volunteer motivation to recognise volunteers effectively
• How to develop intrinsic motivation amongst volunteers.

Participation in this workshop contributes to the knowledge evidence for CHCVOL002 – Lead volunteer teams, and CHCVOL004 – Manage volunteer workforce development.
