About this event
Volunteer management requires a unique mix of skills to effectively lead, supervise and develop volunteer teams. By attending this session you will gain insights into effective management and supervision styles while developing key skills to effectively lead volunteers in your organisation.
Through this one-hour workshop we will explore how to:
• Understand and apply supervision/management strategies
• Use effective communication skills
• Give and receive effective feedback.
